Present Perfect Continuous Tense (वर्तमान पूर्ण निरंतर काल)
The Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to express an action that started in the past and is still continuing in the present, or has just stopped but its effect is visible now. It often emphasizes the duration of the action.

Use of SINCE
