What is Future Continuous Tense?

The Future Continuous Tense expresses an action that will be ongoing at a specific time in the future. It shows that something will be happening at a certain point in future.

Future Continuous Tense उस क्रिया को दर्शाता है जो भविष्य में किसी समय जारी रहेगी या हो रही होगी।

Affirmative (सकारात्मक वाक्य)

1. वह किताब पढ़ रहा होगा।

2. वे मैदान में खेल रहे होंगे।

3. वह खाना बना रही होगी।

4. मैं इस समय काम कर रहा होगा।

5. बच्चे शोर मचा रहे होंगे।.

Negative (नकारात्मक वाक्य)

1. वह किताब नहीं पढ़ रहा होगा।

2. वे मैदान में नहीं खेल रहे होंगे।

3. वह खाना नहीं बना रही होगी।

4. मैं इस समय काम नहीं कर रहा होगा।

5. बच्चे शोर नहीं मचा रहे होंगे।

Interrogative (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

1. क्या वह किताब पढ़ रहा होगा?

B) Negative Sentences

Subject + will + not + be + verb(-ing) + object

1. I will not be watching TV at 10 PM.
   मैं रात 10 बजे टीवी नहीं देख रहा/रही होगा।

2. They will not be playing cricket tomorrow.
   वे कल क्रिकेट नहीं खेल रहे होंगे।

C) Interrogative Sentences

Wh + Will + subject + be + verb(-ing) + object?

   क्या आप कल मीटिंग में शामिल होंगे?

2. What will she be studying at night?
   वह रात में क्या पढ़ रही होगी?

D) Negative-Interrogative Sentences

1. मैं किताब पढ़ रहा होऊँगा। I will be reading a book.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject I है, लेकिन future continuous tense में सभी subjects (I, we, you, they, he, she, it, name) के साथ will be का प्रयोग होता है। Verb की ing form (reading) इसलिए लगी है क्योंकि भविष्य के किसी समय पर काम जारी रहेगा।

2. हम फिल्म देख रहे होंगे। We will be watching a movie.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject we है, फिर भी future continuous tense में helping verb will be ही आता है। Verb की ing form (watching) यह दिखाती है कि भविष्य में काम चल रहा होगा।

3. तुम अपना काम कर रहे होगे। You will be doing your work.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject you है। Future continuous tense में subject बदलने पर भी will be नहीं बदलता। Verb की ing form (doing) यह बताती है कि काम भविष्य में जारी रहेगा।

4. वे मैच खेल रहे होंगे। They will be playing a match.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject they है। Future continuous tense में सभी plural subjects के साथ भी will be + verb ing का प्रयोग होता है क्योंकि action future में ongoing होगा।

5. वह पत्र लिख रहा होगा। He will be writing a letter.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject he है। सामान्यतः present tense में he के साथ verb बदलती है, लेकिन future continuous tense में will be सभी subjects के लिए समान रहता है। Verb की ing form (writing) ongoing action दिखाती है।

6. वह खाना बना रही होगी। She will be cooking food.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject she है। Future continuous tense में helping verb will be और main verb की ing form (cooking) लगती है क्योंकि काम भविष्य में चल रहा होगा।

7. यह मशीन काम कर रही होगी। It will be working.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject it है। Future continuous tense में it के साथ भी will be + verb ing का प्रयोग होता है, जिससे भविष्य में जारी स्थिति का अर्थ निकलता है।

8. अमित पढ़ाई कर रहा होगा। Amit will be studying.
   यह affirmative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject एक नाम (Amit) है। नाम के साथ भी future continuous tense में will be ही लगता है। Verb की ing form (studying) ongoing action बताती है।

9. मैं किताब नहीं पढ़ रहा होऊँगा। I will not be reading a book.
   यह negative sentence है।
   यहाँ subject I है। Negative बनाने के लिए will और be के बीच not लगाया गया है। Verb की ing form (reading) इसलिए है क्योंकि tense future continuous है।

10. हम फिल्म नहीं देख रहे होंगे। We will not be watching a movie.
    यह negative sentence है।
    यहाँ subject we है। Future continuous tense में negative के लिए will not be + verb ing का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

    यह negative sentence है।
    यहाँ subject you है। Subject चाहे कोई भी हो, structure समान रहता है: subject + will not be + verb ing।

Adverb of Time:

1. Tomorrow — कल
   I will be studying tomorrow.

   यहाँ tomorrow future time बताता है और will be + studying यह दिखाता है कि काम भविष्य में जारी होगा।

2. At this time tomorrow — कल इस समय
   She will be cooking food at this time tomorrow.
   वह कल इस समय खाना बना रही होगी।
   यह adverb बताता है कि भविष्य के एक निश्चित समय पर काम चल रहा होगा।

3. Next week — अगले हफ्ते
   They will be playing a match next week.
   वे अगले हफ्ते मैच खेल रहे होंगे।
   Next week future time को दर्शाता है, इसलिए future continuous tense का प्रयोग हुआ है।

4. Next month — अगले महीने
   We will be traveling next month.
   हम अगले महीने यात्रा कर रहे होंगे।
   यह adverb future period बताता है और action ongoing रहेगा।

5. In the evening — शाम को
   I will be reading a book in the evening.
   मैं शाम को किताब पढ़ रहा होऊँगा।
   In the evening future में होने वाले समय को दर्शाता है।

6. At night — रात को
   He will be working at night.
   वह रात को काम कर रहा होगा।
   At night future continuous tense में future time point बताता है।

7. Soon — जल्दी ही
   She will be starting her job soon.
   वह जल्दी ही अपनी नौकरी शुरू कर रही होगी।
   Soon near future को दिखाता है, जहाँ काम चल रहा होगा।

8. In the future — भविष्य में
   People will be using more technology in the future.
   लोग भविष्य में ज्यादा तकनीक का उपयोग कर रहे होंगे।
   यह adverb दूर के future को दर्शाता है।

9. By this time next year — अगले साल इस समय तक
   I will be running my own business by this time next year.
   मैं अगले साल इस समय तक अपना खुद का व्यवसाय चला रहा होऊँगा।
   यह future के एक निश्चित समय पर ongoing action दिखाता है।

10. Later today — आज बाद में
    You will be meeting him later today.
    तुम आज बाद में उससे मिल रहे होगे।
    Later today near future time बताता है।

11. All day tomorrow — कल पूरे दिन
    She will be attending classes all day tomorrow.
    वह कल पूरे दिन कक्षाएँ अटेंड कर रही होगी।
    यह adverb long duration future action को दर्शाता है।

12. At 10 a.m. tomorrow — कल सुबह 10 बजे
    We will be waiting for you at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
    हम कल सुबह 10 बजे तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहे होंगे।

USE 1: Action that will be in progress at a specific time in the future

USE 2: To talk about a future action that will continue for some time

   मैं कल पूरा दिन काम करता रहूँगा।

   वह अगले हफ्ते परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रही होगी।

3. We will be waiting for you in the evening.
   हम शाम को तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहे होंगे।

4. He will be practicing English daily.
   वह रोज़ अंग्रेज़ी का अभ्यास कर रहा होगा।

5. They will be building the house this year.
   वे इस साल घर बना रहे होंगे।

USE 3: For planned or decided future actions (polite / neutral plans)
